The AHARC NYC, a not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, was in need of replacing their on-premises phone system and voice infrastructure.  Understanding that the UCaaS space is flooded with options they turned to Wave to consult on the benefits of moving their voice network to the cloud, build their RFP,  and manage the decision making process alongside their executive team.  Wave not only delivered the final solution but negotiated the lowest cost structure that the winning UCaaS provider had ever released!

A global healthcare retail company, needed to interconnect all their locations while upgrading their data network. Wave enhanced the company’s data solutions, facilitated a global MPLS network with a secondary ISP for redundancy, and instituted robust network monitoring on all equipment. Now, Drive Medical’s systems are protected by complete failover and 24/7 remote monitoring.

New Country Motor Car Group, one of the largest independent auto groups in the United States, was dealing with a multi-site voice and data network which had poor reliability and no redundancy. They called on Wave to rebuild and strengthen their network while maintaining their current budgeting goals.  Wave was able to utilize their relationships with multiple service providers to design and implement a stronger primary and secondary network while lowering New Country Motor’s overall spend.
